You can +1 skill on jewelry with a luck pot and it's a much higher chance. I can see that being acceptable for later in the game progression, but for early game to need that much? 1/9 * 1/20 = 180 rings, 180 spirit trance herbs, 360 arcane crystals. on top of 1/9 chance to get empyrean band. I need spirit trance herbs to lucky roll them for the +1 skills to be very useful at all. Which kind of sucks when i'm not even in destruction yet.
